The focus was more on the discussions I had with myself about what love is according to my perspective. Some of the most meaningful definitions of love for me were:

a) Why should love be restricted to just one relationship or one human or somethings? Why cant it be for all? The animate and the inanimate

b) Sometimes love is just seen from one lens. But love always has a balance in life.

Love like any other art requires effort and practice. It is not something that happens in thin air with no effort or adjustments and in the process, love is more about giving rather than asking for it. It is very essential that we understand its essence, Expectations does not form love it not less than just a part of it. Love is more about accepting rather than only being about expecting. And we are able to give love and accept its essence we realize In life, everything is balance Always balance and that is why in similar cases debits are always equal to the credits. But we are unable to grasp its essence the major reasons being Fear of failure, (What if we are unable to give or what if we don’t deserve or what of the other person is not willing to agree and in the process, its essence of giving is lost somewhere) Fear of the unknown (the idea that what if something unknown happens what if we separate, again the non-acceptance towards the idea of separation makes us fear this) Fear of uncertainty. We fixate ourselves towards the uncertainties that rather than accepting that the reality that everything has a cycle we often, don’t understand, happiness that goes and the sadness that comes is still a part of life and that they keep on rotating)

We also talked about how it’s really important to put effort into love. We discussed how Karma plays an important role and how we should give love and it eventually comes

back and how Hinduism talks about it also that if this does not happen in this birth karma happens in the next. And at the end the Three pointers that my head is stuck with are:

a) How Things in life are all in a cycle that if something bad happens it won't go on and the good times will come.

b) Secondly how important it is to accept things as they are and not to waste too much energy on it.

c) Thirdly how important it is not to judge people but to understand. Seek not to understand first but to understand.

There are a lot of things that happen behind the veil of our understanding and thus I feel all these three-pointers are interlinked. Acceptance of the fact that life won't be stagnant but balance and the cycle will revolve. And in the process of this transition how important it is to not judge things and put the least energy and just accept the things as they are.

Thus it was also quoted from the seven spiritual laws of success that creation happens in 2 steps, Visualizing things in our mind and then acting on it. Visualization and its manifestation can happen if you work on one of the most important elements of Love. It being Discipline. Discipline is the key to make any habits. But discipline comes with an effort and with discipline and effort comes to love which is accepting and is for all. Which takes the vail of judgment out. And understand the larger ecosystem around you. The world becomes a beautiful place with most of your answers if not all.

The learnings of all this I believe require a lot of reflection on my part which I am ready to give and just is mentioned. It Needs to be manifested what is created in my mind.
